Refund policy

At Adults Archives, we craft each piece with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want your experience to be seamless.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

• To request a return, please contact us at contact@adultsarchives.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• We currently offer Cash on Delivery only.

  • Returns are accepted under the conditions stated above

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer only after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Cash refunds are not provided

  Bank details must be provided by the customer when submitting a return request.

2. Refunds

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

3. Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@adultsarchives.com with a photo of the item and your order number.

• We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.
