Payment is currently offered via Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated delivery refusals.

3. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on destination and operational conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer only after inspection

  • Cash refunds are not offered

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
